How to get there ?
Drive to Rotterdam 2 hours & then sail away into the night when you get the ferry to Hull on one of the daily crossings from Rotterdam to Hull. Once you reach Hull, you will have 400 KMs till Edimburgh & an other 3hours to arrive at Iverness.
When to go ?
This is Scotland : we can’t guarantee the weather: It can be sunny and warm or wet and grey. Scotland is a destination that is worth visiting all year long, but the summer months, from June until September, attract the most visitors. This high season coincides with the nicer weather of the summer.
